Porcupine Castle is a unique hideaway amidst of nature & plantation, nestled on top of a picturesque hill with panoramic views across the vast expanse of the Coorg Valley.

The stay at Porcupine Castle represents comfort and relaxation with 15 comfortable non AC Cottage Units (Chalet), 1 unique Tree House (The Nest), multi cuisine restaurant (Drongo), recreation centre & a conference hall (The Corner).

Cottages at Porcupine Castle are situated on slope, complements the five elements of nature in Each Chalet houses 2 luxurious rooms with private balconies offering the view of the valley below. The rooms are well appointed with spacious living / cum bed room, a mini walk-in closet and a large en suite bath.

These cottages are featured with tea / coffee maker, mini fridge, Flat Screen TV etc ..

Tree house is balanced on a Black Currant tree and tucked 40 feet above ground. The Nest is the perfect romantic getaway. The nest, like the chalet is well appointed and has the most modern amenities barring the TV (an unwarranted interruption in your private space as you cosy up in your little nest). Tribes who specialises in building tree houses were brought in from Wayanad to design and build the nest using locally available materials like Eucalyptus logs and coir.


The multi-cuisine restaurant derives its name after the native crow, which is also known as the King Crow. The Drongo is the centre of the resort which offers the extensive view of the valley along with the varied choice of delicacies. Resort menu compilation of Indian, Continental and Chinese but the speciality to look forward to would be the local cuisine. Guests who would like a special dish or two prepared for a special occasion can be arranged with prior notice.

Porcupine Castle is an ideal location for in- classroom training coupled with outdoor team building activities. The Corner is an ideal place for a get together, whether personal or official. The multipurpose hall can accommodate a group of 30.
